NAGA offers numerous payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. If you want to know what payment methods are available for you, please visit the withdrawals page in your NAGA Account.
To do that, follow the steps below :
1️⃣ Click on the Deposits/Withdrawals button on your Home page or click on your profile picture and choose the Money Management from the drop-down menu:
2️⃣ Select Withdraw tab
3️⃣ Choose one of the available withdrawals methods. If you see that this withdrawing method is not available, please make sure that the exact same method was used for depositing funds.
‼️Your payment method must be previously verified (read how to verify a payment method) before you place a withdrawal request. Any Credit Card used for the deposit will be available in withdrawal options.
❗️Please note: Priority is given to the credit/debit cards and then any other payment method. If a client has only used one payment method to deposit, or has refunded all necessary payment methods, he may choose where to withdraw the remaining funds (if this method is available for payout).
🔺Issues with deposit refund:
Many payment methods do not accept payouts greater than the initial deposit, in which case the client must choose a different payment method or provide a Bank statement showing full bank and beneficiary details in order to send the remaining funds.
