How to verify my payment method to make a withdrawal

Learn how to get your payment method approved prior to withdrawal

Please note that to proceed to a withdrawal request, your payment method needs to be previously approved. To verify your payment method you will be asked to provide us with the verification details such as card scan or account holding proof document depending on the method that you have selected.

💳 Credit Card:


Upon your deposit, you will be requested to upload the scans of the credit card used for the deposit.


Please scan/take a photo of both sides of the credit card. The image should include the following data:

🔵 Full name of the cardholder, which must be the same name that you registered with

🔵 The expiration date of the credit/debit card

🔵 Signature of the credit/debit card (on the backside of the credit/debit card)

🔵 Please note: Leave the last 4 digits of the card number visible (please cover the rest numbers). Cover the security code on the backside of your card (CVV)

‼️ 💼 In the event that you have a verified Corporate Account with us, and you wish to deposit using a business/corporate card, please provide us with proof that you are authorised to use this card..

‼️📃In case your card is nameless please provide us with an Ownership Letter: Bank statement showing full name and transaction to NAGA or a letter from the bank confirming the card belongs to you.

‼️💳 In case you will fund your account with a pre-paid card please note that it is not refundable and, in this case, we require an additional Bank Statement showing your full name and banking details

Requirements for this type of document:

🔵 The document must be issued not older than 6 months ago

🔵 Please make sure that you have your full name and the full bank account details visible on this document.
