Once you verify your NAGA Trader account, you will automatically become a Live user with a vast range of benefits in comparison to Demo users. To verify your account, please upload both your proof of identity (POI) and your proof of address (POA). 

If you were unable to verify your account, please read the possible reasons below:

  • Misleading/wrong documents: Make sure you have provided the correct documents which clearly state your name and address. If you’ve provided documents with wrong details or in a foreign language, our team will not be able to verify your account.
  • Restricted country: Make sure you are a citizen of a supported country. To find a list of supported countries by NAGA Trader, read the following article
