ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS 

  • Please scan both sides of the credit card.

The scan should include the following data:

  • Full name of the cardholder.
  • The expiration date of the credit/debit card.
  • Signature of the credit/debit card (on the back side of the credit/debit card).

We recommend you to cover the following information:

  • The first 12 digits of the card number. 
  • The security code on the back side.

BANK TRANSFERS

  • Please send us a bank account holding proof document.

Requirements for the document:

  • Not older than 3 months.
  • A document where all account holders’ names and the full bank account number are visible.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Please note that all transfers must arrive in either EUR or USD currency to our bank account, in case of bank transfers.
  • If the currency of your trading account is different than the one of our recipient bank account, the rate for conversion is European Central Bank, the close of business from the previous business day. You can check the rates here.

Can I upgrade multiple accounts?

No, upgrading multiple accounts is not possible. For the optimal use of our ecosystem, several accounts are not necessary.

  • Enter your personal details and upload the requested documents.
  • Enjoy all live account features after being approved.

WHAT YOU NEED

In order to apply for the account upgrade, you simply need to send verification documents and provide some personal details. Don't worry, your documents and data are secure and will not be shared.

HOW TO OPEN A LIVE ACCOUNT?

To open a live account, download the NAGA TRADER app, or visit the NAGA TRADER website and press the Sign Up button to enter your chosen username, a valid email address, and a secure password for your account.

After you have provided the required data and confirmed your email address, NAGA TRADER offers you a click on Upgrade Now to upgrade your account into a LIVE account. You can initiate the upgrade from NAGA Trader or the Member Area as well.

During the upgrade account process, you will have the possibility to upload the required documents.
