WHY SHOULD I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?

There are different scenarios as to why you should think about closing your account. If you are underage or otherwise legally not allowed to use NAGA services, we encourage you to close your account.

If you tried NAGA services and decided that we do not fit your needs, you can always contact a member of our staff to clarify any questions. If you still decide to close your account, we are happy to assist you.

CAN WE HELP?

Sometimes members think they need to close their NAGA account because they don't know how to solve a problem. Before you decide to close your account with NAGA, we'd like to help you solve any problems you might be having.

If you think there might be an unsolved problem, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our staff. We are happy to assist you in all matters. We are convinced that there is a solution for every request.

PREPARATIONS

Before you close your account, take the time to tie up loose ends and make sure you have withdrawn all available funds. There are a few important things to take care of before closing your NAGA account.

We recommend that you withdraw all available funds and close all open trading positions. If you forget to withdraw your funds, our staff will contact you and clarify the withdrawal process. Your funds will not be lost.

Take your time before deciding, once your account is closed, we are not able to re-open it. That means all verification progress, account statistics and addresses are lost.

If you still decide to close your account, please contact a member of the NAGA team. We are sorry to see you go and would like to thank you for your participation in the NAGA Community.
