NAGA Pay is required to verify all the accounts within its ecosystem. To do so, every NAGA Pay account holder needs to submit their Proof of Identity, Proof of Address and a Selfie with their Proof of Identity in hand.

Your Selfie must be bright and clear, you must have a coloured copy of your valid Proof Of Identity in hand; such as Passport, National ID or Driving License. Ensure that while holding up your Proof Of Identity, you are not covering your face. Please note that if your photo is not of sufficient quality (blurry and eligible), we will request a better copy.

Selfie requirements:

- Take the photo in a room with enough light
- Hold up the document next to your face, like in the image below
- Make sure both your face and ID are clear on the photo — nothing on the ID can be covered or censored
