You can easily cancel your withdrawal request by following the below steps:
Visit your 'Withdrawal History' page
Find your pending withdrawal request and click on the three dots on the right-hand side
Select 'Cancel'
📝 You will be able to cancel your request if the status is 'Pending approval'.
📝 If the status is 'Processing', it means that your withdrawal is currently being executed by our team and processed by the payment provider. Therefore, it cannot be cancelled.
