If you have lost access to your MFA, please try to log in using the recovery codes you were asked to save when setting up MFA.
💁🏼♀️ If you don't have any, please contact our support team via [email protected]. Our support team member will ask you to provide confirmation of your identity, before cancelling your MFA. After we make sure that you are certainly an owner of the account into which you're trying to log in, we'll cancel MFA and will help you reset your password.
🛑 We recommend you stop trying to sign in if you don't remember your code. After a limited number of failed attempts to log in to NAGA, your account will be temporarily locked. It means, that for security reasons you temporarily will not be able to log in — even with the correct password.
