Learn why you are unable to open a trade and how to fix it

In case you are unable to open a trade, there could be a few possible reasons that could cause that:

💰 Not enough funds: Every trade has a minimum investment threshold. Make sure you have enough funds on your balance to be able to invest.

💼 Not enough margin - Every trade has a minimum required margin in order to open a position and keep it opened.

👉🏻 You can check the required margin of each asset on our website.


🕕 Markets are closed - Each asset is tradable when the market is open. When the markets are closed it is not possible to open a trade, modify it or close it.

👉🏻 You can check the Trading Hours for all assets here. Just press the blue "plus" icon near each asset to open market hours information.

📔 Your account has Read-Only Status - This can happen if you fail to verify your account within 15 days from the registration.

✅ Choose correct trading account - Make sure that you are logged in to the correct trading account with available funds and with the correct MT terminal (MT4 or MT5).
