NAGA offers Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) 🔐 and we strongly recommend that you set it up to increase the security of your NAGA Account. MFA adds an extra layer of protection in addition to your login and password.🔐

To enable MFA, please follow the simple 6-step guide below:

1️⃣ Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and go to Settings.

2️⃣ Open Password & Security on the left sidebar.

3️⃣ Download an authentication application, such as Google Authenticator: (iOS) | (Android)
4️⃣ Scan the QR code or manually enter the secret key.

5️⃣ Make sure to back up your 2-step secret key.

6️⃣ Enter the authentication code received in the app and press Submit.

❗️Please note that MFA can only be set up from the NAGA Web platform and not on iOS or Android Apps.

It is highly recommended to enable MFA to add an extra layer of security that will prevent any security compromises.

You can disable or re-enable MFA in your Settings at any time.

We hope that this article has answered all of your questions about MFA at NAGA.
