Changing your NAGA username is pretty simple.

We have changed our process for changing your username to make it easier and faster, but there are certain rules and limitations to keep in mind. Please follow the steps below to change your username:

1. Go to Your Menu: Begin by logging into your account on our platform. Once you're logged in, navigate to the menu, usually located in the upper-right corner of the screen. Click on the menu to open it.

2. Edit Profile: From the menu, locate and click on the "Edit Profile" option. This will take you to the profile editing page.

3. Edit Username: On your profile editing page, you will see various fields and information related to your account. Find the "Edit Username" option and click on it.

4. Choose Your New Username: You will now be able to enter a new username of your choice. Please choose a username that adheres to our platform's guidelines and policies. You may need to enter your new username and confirm it, depending on the platform's specific requirements.

5. Save: After entering and confirming your new username, click the "Save" button. Your new username will be saved, and it will be associated with your account.

Important Rules and Limitations:

Eligibility for Username Change: Only users with the default username format, typically in the format "Naga_********," are eligible to change their username. If you already have a custom username, please email us to [email protected] with the current username, as well as the username you would like to use instead.

Username Availability: When selecting a new username, please note that it must be unique. If the username you desire is already in use by another user, you will receive a message indicating that the "username already exists." You will need to choose a different, available username in this case.
