In order to start using the NAGA Ecosystem, you need to pass through the identity verification procedure (KYC). This step is necessary for us. As a fully regulated financial services company, NAGA adheres to the strict regulation in regards to Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer Policies (KYC).
To verify your identity you will need to provide:

📱 Phone number;

Verify Identity by Uploading Your Documents
After upgrading your account to Live you are redirected to identity verification section, where we would ask you to upload your documents.
If you left this section by mistake or were not redirected to it after upgrading your account, click here to proceed with Identity Verification.
During this step, you will be required to provide Proof of Identity (POI) document and Proof of Residence (POR) document.
Here are some tips about your POI and POR documents:
1. Proof of Identity 👤
To pass this step you will need to upload a clear, legible, color copy of a valid, government-issued identification document. Please note that the copy must contain the information from your identity document — a national ID card, passport or driving license (if it is issued by the country of your nationality). All the information in your document should be provided in English or with English transliteration.

2. Proof of Address/Residence 🏠
At this step, you need to upload proof of address/residence that contains your current physical address. Please note that the document must be a bill by financial institutions 🏦, utility companies🚰, government agencies 🏛 or judicial authority 🏫, have the issue date, which is no older than six months from the time of issuance. You can prove your residence via an electric or water bill or a government statement. Please make sure the document includes the following information:
🔵 Full name as indicated on the ID document submitted;
🔵 Current residential address;
🔵 Date of issue (a bill’s due date is insufficient).
❗️Important note: we only accept quality copies of government-issued institutions, utility companies or judicial authorities.
Follow these simple steps to make sure the documents are approved:
Make sure the scan/photo of your document is straight and not distorted👇
Make sure the scan/photo of your POR document is not cut or cropped👇
Please make sure the files you plan to upload match these requirements:
🔵 Documents are valid and have a valid issue date;
🔵 The scanned images should be in color and good quality;
🔵 Picture files should be in pdf or jpg formats;
🔵 The file size should not be more than 10 MB;
🔵 Photos/scans should not be older than three months;
🔵 Documents should be issued in Latin letters or have Latin transliteration of key information.
🔵 Photos/scans shouldn’t be edited in a photo editor.
🔵 On both pictures, the document should be fully visible, with four corners.
When all the requirements are met, the process of account verification starts. It usually takes up to 24 hours. Our team will review and approve all the information as soon as possible and you’ll get an email confirmation once your application is approved.
