All withdrawals are processed by NAGA within 24 business hours. In case your withdrawal has not been processed after the 24-business-hours period, please check your email inbox for an email from our Support Team.
There may be few reasons why your withdrawal request has not been processed or was rejected:
- You didn't provide us with all the needed verification documents
- You do not have all payment methods verified
- You requested a withdrawal to a third party
The trading account holder has to be the recipient of the withdrawal, irrespective of the withdrawal method.
We strongly recommend you to keep all your documents and profile data to up to date in order to avoid processing delays.
