If the amount appearing in your balance is less that the amount you have deposited, it is probably due to fees/commissions charged by your payment provider.
NAGA does not charge any fees/commission on deposits. We would ask you to contact your payment provider to find out whether you have been subject to to fees on their end.
Please note that if you have deposited funds in different currency than the base currency of your account, you deposit amount will be subject to exchange conversion.
