NAGA is required to verify all the accounts within its ecosystem. To do so, every user/account holder needs to submit its Proof of Identity and Proof of Address/Residence. 

Your Proof of Residence is any document issued by an official provider that must include your current physical address, and have an issue date no older than six months from the time of review. This document can be a utility bill such as electricity or water, a governmental document or a bank statement. 

It must contain the following information:

  • Your full name as displayed on the ID document submitted
  • Your current residential address
  • Date of issue (a bill’s due date is insufficient)
  • The issuer

To upload your Proof of Residence, please login to your NAGA account, click on the Profile icon, select Profile and complete the steps. Alternatively you can send it to our Customer Support via email.

We accept bills that are issued by financial institutions, utility companies (gas, water, electric, landline phone, cable TV), government agencies, or a judicial authority. If this document is available online, you may send it to us either as a PDF file, or as a screenshot with the URL visible.

Kindly note that we do not accept personal agreements, insurance contracts, invoices, receipts, and rentals of cars or homes are not an accepted form of address proof.
