It is possible that your active trade has been closed. Find out the possible reasons below:

  • Margin Call - this occurs when a trader's equity falls below the minimum maintenance margin requirement. It is simply the broker's demand for the investor to top up their account to meet the minimum margin requirements. Although most of this is now automated and you won't really be getting a call from your broker. In your NAGA Trader account, you can easily check your margin level in real time.   • Insufficient balance - it is possible that due to the losses per your trade, the available balance has dropped to 0, which would immediately terminate your trade.
  • Activated NAGA Protector - NAGA Protector could have been activated for your closed trade. It allows you to close trades without facing the risk to lose more than you are willing to. Furthermore you can always adjust to take profit or stop loss levels. Learn more about the NAGA Protector here
