NAGA  platform is constantly upgrading and developing to provide the best trading experience for its users. In case you are experiencing technical problems with your NAGA Application, please try the following:

  • Check your WiFi signal strength. If it’s weak, try turning it off and using your cellular data instead.
  • Log out and log back into the NAGA application
  • Uninstall and reinstall the NAGA application
  • Turn your phone on and off, and make sure no other apps are running in the background.
  • Double-check that you're on the latest version of the NAGA app. If not, please click here to download the latest version of the Android app, or click here to download the latest version of the iOS app.
  • Check if your phone is compatible with the NAGA Application.
