In case you don't have access to your Two-Factor device, you may also use a desktop authenticator application to get access to NAGA Platform. Please use your recovery/back up code to renew access to the two-factor authentication application. Some examples are WinAuth (Windows only) and Authy (Cross platform). 

If you do not have a cross platform authentication method, or if you do not have access to your two-factor authentication please contact us immediately, where we will try and help you as soon as we can.
