Because you are using your NAGA credentials for all NAGA Services, you should always make sure that your account is as secure as possible.

Having a strong and secure password is one of the most important things in this matter.

If you have forgotten your password, or can't log in with your last known credentials, you should reset your password.


  • Visit the NAGA Website here
  • Sign in using your NAGA credentials.
  • Click on the Forgot password? the button on the right side of the password text field.
  • Follow the steps and enter your username or email address.
  • Send the Reset your password email to the registered email address.
  • Confirm your password change and choose a new password. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password.
  •  We recommend that you sign in after changing the password to make sure that your password was changed correctly.

  • Always check if the NAGA website you are currently on has a spelling error. It's possible that a third-party is creating a fake website, which only differs by a letter or a symbol.
  • Always double check emails when you think something might not be right. Third-parties can send out emails that look deceptively real. These Emails can be recognised by the fact that they forward you to further pages in which the URL has a modification to the original company page.
  • Do not log in from public PCs and make sure that no one is able to see or spy on your password.
  • Do not share your account details with anyone else. Even if you trust them,  you don't know if their PC has a security problem.
