To change your living address, you need to send us your request at [email protected]  from your registered email address. Please attach  new proof of residency document in to your email so as explanation of the change.

Requirements for POR documents: 

  • Not older than 6 months. 
  • Issue date clearly visible.
  • Has to contain all pages issued.
  • Full name of the supplier/bank.
  • Full bill number/bank account number.
  • Your full name.
  • Your full address.

Energy/water/gas supplier bill, Landline telephone bill or a bank account statement will in most cases include the information that is required.


 For security reasons, we can not take any requests from other email addresses then the one you have registered with.
