REQUIREMENTS

Due to NAGA’s terms & conditions, you are required to upload your proof of identity (POI) along with your proof of residence (POR). Your verification makes sure NAGA is a safe and trade-friendly platform for all users. 

Requirements for POI documents:

  • Your full name.
  • A unique ID number.
  • Your birth date.
  • Your birthplace.
  • A visible photo.
  • Your nationality.
  • Your signature.

Passport and National ID will in most cases include the information that is required.

Requirements for POR documents:

  • Not older than 6 months.
  • Issue date clearly visible.
  • Has to contain all pages issued.
  • Full name of the supplier/bank.
  • Full bill number/bank account number.
  • Your full name.
  • Your full address.

Energy/water/gas supplier bill, Landline telephone bill or a Bank account statement will in most cases include the information that is required.

HOW TO

  • Visit https://www.naga.com/login
  • Use your credentials to sign in.
  • Click Upgrade from the dropped down menu under your profile picture.
  • Enter your personal details and upload the requested documents.
  • Enjoy all live account features after being approved.

Please note that in case you do not see an Verification or Upgrade option you can forward your documents at [email protected] so we can add them manually for you.

Account which have failed to verificate their documents within 14 days, are being moved into Read Only mode. In that case you can reactivate your account by sending documents directly to NAGA Team.
