Because you are using your NAGA credentials for all NAGA Services, you should always make sure that your account is as secure as possible.

Having a strong and secure password is one of the most important things in this matter.

If you have forgotten your password or can't log in with your last known credentials, you should reset your password.


There are different scenarios as to why you should think about resetting or changing your password. In general, it is always recommended to have a strong and secure password, which does not contain any personal phrases like birthdates or names.

If you think your password is weak, we recommend that you reset your password. If you think a third-party has access to your account, you should reset your password as soon as possible and contact a member of the NAGA Team to check for any changes and losses.


Before resetting your password, please make sure to have some things ready.

  • A strong and secure password.  
  • A password vault or other storage for your password.  
  • Access to your registered mail address.  
  • You should be using your private PC or Smartphone.  
  • Make sure that no one is able to see or spy on your password. 

If you think any of the above checkpoints are not prepared, we would recommend that you make further preparations before resetting your password. 


  1. Visit the MEMBER AREA.
  2. Sign in using your NAGA credentials.
  3. Click the Forgot? the button on the right side of the password text field.
  4. Follow the steps and enter your username or email address.
  5. Send the Reset your password email to the registered email address.
  6. Confirm your password change and choose a new password. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password.
  7. We recommend that you sign in after changing the password to make sure that your password was changed correctly.


Unfortunately, phishing attacks are a recurring theme in our online world, so it's very important to know how to protect your account. 

  • Choose a password, which is not associated with your person. Do not use personal phrases such as birthdates, names or places. We would recommend generating a random password, using a service like 1Password.  
  • Always check if the NAGA website you are currently on has a spelling error. It's possible that a third-party is creating a faked website, which only differs by a letter or a symbol.  
  • Always double check emails when you think something might not be right. Third-parties can send out emails that look deceptively real. These Emails can be recognized by the fact that they forward you to further pages in which the URL has a modification to the original company page.  
  • Do not log in from public PCs and make sure that no one is able to see or spy on your password.  
  • Do not share your account details with anyone else. Even if you trust them, you don't know if their PC has a security problem.
